Schedule of Events: 2019
June 20th: (Thursday)
- 8 AM til 6 PM: FREE Golf available for those interested, Cash Bar (Call for Tee Times)
- 6:00 PM: MC Athletic Gathering Begins…
- Meet & Greet “Team Coaches”& MC A.D. , President and Mrs. Ruud and other MC Staff members
- 5:30-11:30 PM (Shuttle Service provided to and from Hampton Inn, Quality Inn, and Holiday Inn Express)
- 7 PM – 8:30 PM Chicken Barbeque, Brisket, Pulled Pork
- 8 PM: Putt-Putt Contest (9-Hole, all attending must play!)
- 8 PM- 11 PM Bourbon tasting and Wine tasting Event!
- 9 PM-11 PM Music and Socializing (Bon-fires and chairs on the lawn)
June 21st: (Friday)
- 8:30 Group & Individual Sports Photo’s
- 9AM Shotgun start Pioneer Challenge! Scramble format. Lunch and drinks included:
- 2:30 PM Cook-out/Awards immediately following
